PAD Saint Tropez 2026
Fifteen jewels for Saint Tropez
For the inaugural PAD Saint Tropez, held at Maison Jean Despas, Second Pétale presented fifteen jewels by Hugo Cahill. Curated by Arina Pouzoullic, the selection brought together rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, allowing different approaches to colour and construction to be seen within one presentation.
Patinated shakudō and shibuichi appeared alongside gold, titanium and platinum. Across the selection, changes in surface and proportion gave each material a different role: a dark structural shell, a polished contour, a framework for pavé or a light setting around a coloured stone.
Arina’s gallery presentation brought Hugo’s work together with jewels by Giorgio B, Luz Camino and Vicente Gracia, in an intimate selection for the first edition of the fair.
Stereón Aurion
A triangular citrine forms the centre of Stereón Aurion. Sculpted gold surrounds the stone, while articulated links carry orange sapphires along the chain. The frontal photograph brings the relationship between the pendant’s volume and the rhythm of the links into view.

Umbra of Io
A hinged sphere set with diamonds emerges from a collar of polished onyx. The dark mineral surfaces and the pavé establish opposing kinds of reflection, while the spherical construction determines the necklace’s volume.
