Enquiries

For enquiries concerning available works, commissions, or a piece already in your keeping, please write to the atelier at
hello@hugocahill.com . Private appointments are arranged by correspondence.

Acquisition

Works are acquired through direct dialogue with the atelier or through authorised galleries. Each piece is presented individually; availability, terms, and any adjustment are agreed at the time of acquisition. Where appropriate, secure transactional arrangements may be accommodated following consultation.

Fit and Adjustment

Sizing is discussed individually in dialogue with the atelier. Where construction allows, an existing work may be adjusted following assessment. A sizing reference is available.

Care and Servicing

Each work is accompanied by an aftercare assurance covering manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. This assurance does not extend to fair wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Should a work require attention within this period, please contact the atelier. Where appropriate, corrective work is undertaken without charge. Beyond this period, maintenance and repair are assessed individually.

Guidance on wear and handling accompanies each work, and periodic checking of settings and condition is encouraged. Beyond the assurance above, the atelier supports owners as custodians of works intended to last generations.

This assurance operates alongside applicable statutory rights.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged individually and confirmed at the time of acquisition, coordinated by the atelier or by the gallery concerned. International consignments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible in accordance with applicable regulation.

Availability and Lead Times

Each work is presented individually. Lead times vary with the nature of the piece, its availability, and any adjustment required.
