Warranty and Repairs

Each work by Hugo Cahill is accompanied by an aftercare assurance covering manufacturing defects for a period of twelve months from delivery.

This assurance does not extend to fair wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Should a work require attention within this period, please contact the atelier at
hello@hugocahill.com . Where appropriate, corrective work will be undertaken without charge.

Beyond this period, maintenance and repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis in dialogue with the atelier.

This assurance operates alongside applicable statutory rights.
